Bean Bag Manufacturing Process: Inside Zhejiang Welling

Zhejiang Welling Houseware Co., Ltd. has been manufacturing bean bags and home furniture for over 17 years. Based in Tongxiang, Jiaxing, we operate a 5,000-square-meter factory with dedicated R&D, production, QC, and sales teams.

We are BSCI audited and ISO 9001 certified, and we proudly supply major retailers such as Walmart, Costco, and Sam's Club.

Below is a brief overview of our bean bag manufacturing process:

Step 1: Fabric Inspection
Our QC team inspects all incoming fabric for defects, color consistency, and thickness. Only materials that meet our standards proceed to cutting.

Step 2: Cutting & Sewing
Fabric is cut according to pattern designs, including seat bean bags, lounge bean bags, tear drop bean bags, kids bean bags, ball shape bean bags, and pillow & ottoman stools. Experienced operators then stitch the pieces, with double-stitching applied to high-stress areas.

Step 3: Filling
The inner bag is filled with EPS beads using a standardized volume to ensure consistent shape and comfort across all units.

Step 4: Final Quality Check
Each finished bean bag undergoes a final inspection for stitching quality, zipper function, and overall appearance before packing.
