1. Incoming Material Inspection

Foam Testing: Foam density is verified against specifications. Below 25kg/m³? Rejected. We use 28-30kg/m³ foam for consistent recovery and durability.

Hardware and Components: Zippers, fasteners, and other components are tested for strength and durability. Broken zippers are one of the top reasons for returns. We prevent them before they reach your product.

Key point: Material quality determines final product quality. We do not compromise at this stage.

2. In-Process Quality Checks

During production, our QC team monitors every stage of manufacturing.

Cutting Accuracy: Patterns are checked against specifications. Inaccurate cutting leads to misaligned stitching and poor fit.

Stitching Quality: Every sewing station is monitored for stitch count, tension, and alignment. Double-stitching is applied to high-stress areas for added durability.

Filling Consistency: For bean bags and shredded foam products, filling volume is standardized and checked. Inconsistent filling leads to customer complaints about comfort and support.

Key point: Problems caught during production are cheaper to fix than problems found after shipping.

3. Final Inspection Before Packing

Every finished product undergoes a 100% inspection before packing. This is not sample-based. Every unit is checked.

Dimensional Check: Product dimensions are verified against specifications. Size variance is a common complaint. We eliminate it.

Visual Inspection: Surface defects, stitching issues, and overall appearance are checked.

Functional Test: For compressed products, we test recovery and ensure the product returns to full shape within 48 hours.

Packaging Check: Packaging is inspected for proper sealing and labeling. Incorrect packaging leads to shipping damage and customer confusion.

Key point: Inspection records are kept for every batch. If you ask, we can show you the results.

4. Traceability and Continuous Improvement

Quality control does not end at the factory gate. We maintain traceability for every order.

Batch Records: Every order has documented records of materials, production dates, and QC results.

Customer Feedback: We track complaints and returns to identify improvement areas. Our return rate is below 3% for foam-filled products.

Audit Compliance: Our factory is BSCI and ISO 9001 certified. These certifications require documented quality systems and regular audits.
